What a beautiful weekend in Encinitas.  Finally some nice weather.  Time change from Daylight-savings time will make it seem like winter is here.  I'll have candy for the kids, (young and old) at the Encinitas Seaside Bazaar on Sunday for Halloween.  DEMA will be having the Safe Trick or Treat on Coast Highway 101 will be happening that evening also.
