My Background: I came to work in this industry quite by accident. After finishing my business degree in Pasadena, I joined my friends in Colorado. I was running low on funds looking for a job in a law office. I started Waitressing then Bartending and then onto managing fine dining establishemnts I found out I liked being around people in this crazy/party atmosphere. Working and Management in the Food and Beverage Industry allowed me to be home during the day, work at night to support and raise my son.
Community is important to me. I have enjoyed working with my friends on the Cardiff 101 Dog Days of Summer for the first 6 years and other community Events. I enjoy helping to promote small local businesses.
All my experience in the Food & Beverage industry including Catering, Bar-tending, Events, Consulting and Management has brought me to this point. After 18 Years in a Fine-Dining & 25 years in the Food & Beverage Industry, I decided to open Espresso by the Sea Cafe. Thank you all for making it successful! With much excitement, I have added a new Mobile Coffee Service with Cappuccino in the Park.
